TECHNICIAN LEFT WITHOUT COMPLETING THE REPAIR, LEFT THE REFRIGERATOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR!!!!!

Do not use this company!  They are horrible! Our refrigerator broke and Lowe's arranged for them to come out and repair it. They called to make the appointment and could not come for 5 days. The repair man, Pedro, diagnosed it as a broken compressor and said the part had to be ordered and would take 3-10 days to days to arrive but since it was a refrigerator (and and a necessary appliance) they would "expedite" the shipping and it should only take about 3 days.  

10 days later we had not heard from them so I called only to find out the part was in but no one had called me to schedule the installation.  They could not come out for another 3 days.  They came out this morning.  The technician (William) made it very clear that he did not want to replace the compressor.  He called me at 7:15 to say he was on his way and told me that it would take 3-4 hours to replace it, that he needed me to open windows and use a fan and that he was hoping it was something OTHER THAN the compressor.  I told him that it was his co-worker (Pedro) who diagnosed the problem.  

He arrived at my house at 8:15, pulled the fridge out of it's spot and proceeded to re-diagnose the problem.  He said that the compressor was definitely broken but that he believed we also had a bad inverter board, which he did not have with him.  I asked if he was going to replace the compressor today and come back with the other part and he told me that he had to call his manager.  He walked outside, presumably to call his manager......after about 10 minutes went by I walked outside and he was gone! Literally gone!  He left without saying a word, without telling me that he was not going to repair it today and without putting the fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor.  

We called and spoke with the Service Manager, Ramon, and he had NO KNOWLEDGE of the events.  Ramon then called us back a little while later and said that William was claiming that we were rude to him, and cussed him out!  My husband and I are in complete shock!  Our 13-year old son home schools and was present the entire time William was here, I can assure you there was absolutely no rudeness or cussing going on.  We believe William just did not want to complete the work.  

Ramon also said that the reason the fridge was left in the middle of the kitchen was because I mentioned that Pedro left a mark on the kitchen floor when he moved the fridge, and since we complained that there was damage they would not move the fridge back.

I have never, ever experienced such complete unprofessionalism. We are offended that they are claiming we cussed them out.  We have already spoken with Lowe's, will be contacting our attorney regarding the damage to the floor and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
