I bought 2 vehicles from Whitten Brothers in August 2012 and have experienced nothing but problems with my van.  I bought this van with only 33K miles on it.  The service department treats me like I am an idiot when I tell them that I can smell antifreeze burning, they finally find there is a leaking hose.  Then had to bring it back because the vehicle is constantly burning oil.  The last time I brought my van in they couldn't get the oil plug out because the tech before had stripped the threads and jammed it in there and it took multiple people to get it undone.  On the same day they try to sell me a air filter and new windshield wiper which I refused, well instead of replacing it, guess what...they forgot to put it back in my vehicle so I had to go and buy another air filter and had to have a windshield wiper shipped to me to put back on.  So how do I know that they even changed the oil properly.  Then I went back yesterday because I just got the oil changed and it's only been drove less than 2K and guess what, I am already 1 1/2 quarts low.  I bring it to them and tell them that this vehicle is burning oil, they agreed that it is but it is legal and they don't have to fix it.  In addition, I show the supposed service manager that it is burning it through the exhaust, he then checks an exhaust of another vehicle and compares it to mine. Mine was the only one that had black wet soot coming from the exhaust.  He then shows me that my vehicle is still burning antifreeze, hmm thought this problem was supposed to be fixed already.  The service manager treats me like I am an idiot and refuses to do anything to help me.  It is still under warranty, and I was told that in order for them to research the problem I would have to pay.  No Whitten Brothers, I am done, I will never recommend you for anything again, nor will I buy anything from you ever again.  You are a rip off, and I am very disappointed that I put my money and time into your company.  I will be contacting my lawyer, Better Business Bureau, as well as Chrysler, someone has to help me!  Whitten Advantage I say not an advantage at all.  I am very disappointed!!!
