I signed with Wholesale when they sent a rep to my home daycare business Dawns childcare, the rep. Alex Nelson promised me in writing I would be saving money over my current processor including the lease agreement for my wireless device. I signed because of that and that I no longer wanted to pay for a land line to process credit cards.

They could not make the wireless device work with my phone, they faxed me a lease agreement that listed a T-7 plus equipment I did NOT sign it. Later I found out from the leasing company they had me leasing a T-7 plus machine not a wireless device which I signed a lease for not a T-7 plus. I had a T-7 plus machine for free from the processor I left to go to Wholesale, why would I ever sign a lease for equipment I was getting for free! I have had to use the T-7 plus they sent me stating I had to have it as a back up for the wireless device. which means I am still paying that landline in addition to all the fees that including the falcifiyed lease is twice the amount I was paying before for the same equipment that I never signed a lease for!

They refused to let me out of the lease even when I pointed this all out and I also pointed out there is no deliver and acceptance letter with T-7 plus on it as the equipment I have a delivery and acceptance for the Mobile device. The lease company does not have a recording of me accepting the T-7 plus which means someone else pretended tobe me and said I got it! Later I found out they also altered my actual contract with the compay 4 times after I signed it things that benifit the company and not me!

I notifyed the police and was told I have to sue them civilly and in the contract it says I have to file in their state which is two states away from me. I also have to have the money to hire a attorney there. I am a single mother trying to make ends meet and they continue to rip me off. I have to stay with them or they are going to charge me $1,500 cancel fee! I would love to find a attorney in Oregon that will take the case and get paid out of the settelement I was told by my City Attorney office I have the evidence to prove it all and I will win the case get my money back and get damages plus the contract also states if I win they have to pay my attorney fees. Please help!
