Julie loaned you $12,000 on May 15,2012 as an investment opportunity.  Promising she would double her investment in 1 year.  You cashed the  check attached at Kokomo Central bank on June 5,2012.  You promised to give her a minimum of a 5% monthly return on the investment.  You told her in July 2012  when she had yet to receive even $500 return over 30 days to be Patient that the money would come. You stated you were waiting on a title to pay  the min $600 per month return on my investment. Then August 2012 the same story happened.

In September of 2012, She sent you notification to just return to me the full $12,000 & end both personal & business relationship.  You claimed to not have the money & that she needed to get an attorney to get the money back.  She  has  contacted you multiple times to have you return the money.  You claimed she didn’t need the money & that call an attorney as you would not be able to return my money.  After many attempts to resolve this matter without a lawsuit, she hired a law  firm to start the legal process
