Who's Who Registry of Academic Excellence Ordered book and plaque in February,2009 and after repeated calls, emails, faxes never received answers, and have not received the book and plaque as of 5/5/10 On 5/3/10 called the number and it was d Kennesaw Internet, Georgia

My daughter Amy was nominated in January, 2009 to be in this book. I filled out the biography, sent a picture and filled out the order form for the book with engraving, and the plaque.

I paid with a money order for $ 108.00 by the deadline February 25, 2009.

In August I called and they said the book will arrive in October. In November I called and they said it would come at the end of December, and that the book would not be engraved but they would send a certificate.

I called in December, and they said it would come at the end of January, that the books were sent out late.

In February I called and only got transferred to voicemail. Left message and repeatedly called at different times during day all through February and March.

In April continued the calls, sent faxes, and emailed, still no response. At the end of April, the recording said that the mailbox was full.

Then I sent 2 letters one to the address in Washington DC which was sent back RETURN TO SENDER, and the second letter to the Georgia address.

On May 3, 2010 when I called the number (202) 470-6246 the recording said the number has been disconnected.
