I ordered a LivingSocial voucher for a wine chiller/stopper through Widgetsnthings. My friend ordered a few vouchers as well. We were to go to the website to use the voucher and purchase the wine chiller. 2 months later and we have not received anything. When you call the number on the website, you reach an answering machine saying that "due to a high call volume, they cant answer the phone" and to send an email. I have sent about 4 emails, no one got back to me for weeks and one of the responses was talking about how their email was HACKED. WHAT???!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? HOW IS THIS WEBSITE STILL UP AND RUNNING???? I will be disputing the charges on my card today. Completely unacceptable, I am furious and LivingSocial has been no help at all.
