In 2008 Wiglesworth-Rindom Insurance Agency of Delray Beach FL. originally provided Home Owners Insurance coverage with 'Coral Insurance Co.' Coral was subsequently taken over by the FL Dept of insurance.

Wiglesworth-Rindom Insurance Agency of Delray Beach FL. Issued, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION an new policy with United Property & Casualty Insurance Company of Sarasota FL.

The 1st time I knew there was a problem was on 4-28-2009 when I rec'd a letter from the FL Dept of Insurance notifying me that Coral was no going out of business & that I should replace my coverage by 5-31-09.

I then rec'd notice from Wiglesworth-Rindom on April 30,2009, Informing me that my NEW COVERAGE was with United Property & Casualty Insurance Company, with an effective date of May 1st 2009

The annual premium for this NEW policy was more than $4,500 higher than the average quote that I received after I began looking for replacement coverage in late April.

I have mad at least 15 calls to United asking for my refund. They are telling me I will have to wait until the end of May at least to receive my refund
