Complaint Review: Wigsis
Wigsis Internet: I ordered two wigs from this company. The products had quality issues. On one the hook wasn't attached properly and fell off and the other was too small. Mind you I ordered the same size for both. When contacting them they told me to attach the hook myself and that I ordered the wrong size. How can I order the wrong size when I ordered the same size for both and one fit and the other didn't. Upon measuring the wig that was too small I discovered their measurements fit the size of a petite to small according to their measurement guidelines on the website. They are not cooperating on the refund and told me they couldn't resell it or use it. Well I can't use it either. China Internet
On August 24 I placed an online order for two wigs from Wigsis based on the advertised picture, color and sizing chart. These wigs are advertised as custom made. Upon receipt of the wigs I noticed that the hook that sizes the wig to your head was not attached properly and fell off. The wig fit but didn't look anything like the picture. It was not styled. Upon trying on the other wig it was too small.
I promptly notified the company using their email support address explaining the issues as stated above. They asked me to send pictures of the wigs showing the label. I complied making sure the picture highlighted the issues. Once they received the information the immediately wrote back and said there were no quality issues so they wouldn't issue a refund. The only issued them for quality problems. They told me I could sew the hook on myself and that I ordered the wrong size. How could that be when I ordered the same size for both.
With their response I measured the wig that was too smal and found the measurements matched the size of a petite/small size. The measurements of the wig they sent was 21 inch for the circumference and 12 inch from back to front. The measurements for the average size I ordered were 22 inch circumference and 14-14.5 inch back to front. No wonder the wig didn't fit.
Their last response to me was if I return it they can't resell or use it. Well neither can I. That returning it will be expensive and waste both of our time. They also said that parcels get loss during the transportation process and they are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Funny, the package arrived to me just fine in perfect condition. They also offered me a 15% discount on my next order and they will improve their products and supervise the factory so this doesn't happen again.
Are you kidding me. Why would I order anything else from Wigsis after this experience. I am seeking a refund for both. I didn't buy a wig to have to repair it or receive one that didn't meet their specifications. I take their comments about problems with returning issues as an out to say the return was not received in good condition.
This is a ripoff company and they are not concerned about satisfying their customers as stated on their website. "At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority."
