AFTER SPENDING $47000.00 DOING A ROOF ON MY HOUSE AND MY BUSINESS IN THE BRONX, IT HAS BEEN SHOWN TO ME BY THE OWNER OF BUDGET ROOFING, WILLIE WILLIAMS THAT HE IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. WE HAD HIM DO A ROOF ON MY HOUSE. THERE WERE SEVERAL PROBLEMS THAT OCCURRED AND HE DID COME AND TAKE CARE OF THEM AT FIRST.AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS. BUT WE HAD A LEAK IN OUR KITCHEN AND HE REPAIRED THE SKYLIGHT THAT WAS LEAKING, HOWEVER HE DID NOT REPAIR THE CEILING IN THE KITCHEN, WHICH DEVELOPED A BUBBLE AND HAD TO BE PLASTERED AND PAINTED BY A PAINTER THAT I HIRED. MR. WILLIAMS DID NOT PAY ME BACK FOR THE COST OF THE REPAIRS,CAUSED BY HIS FAULTY ROOF. I ALSO HAD HIM DO THE ROOF ON THE BUILDING IN THE BRONX, WHERE MY BUSINESS IS LOCATED. HE WAS TOLD OF SEVERAL PROBLEMS OCCURING ON THAT ROOF AND HE KEPT PROMISING ME HE WOULD BE DOWN TO REPAIR THEM. HE HAS NOT YET COME TO DO SO. I HAVE CALLED HIM APPROXIMATELY 20 TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR HIM TO RETURN MY CALL BUT HE DOESN'T CALL ME BACK. I WAS GIVEN A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON BOTH OF THESE ROOFS. HOW CAN A MAN BE TRUSTED TO UPHOLD HIS WARRANTY IF NOT EVEN ONE YEAR HAS GONE BY AND I CANNOT REACH HIM. WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY IS THAT? HOW CAN YOU TRUST ANYONE WHO DOES NOT EVEN RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. HE PRIDES HIMSELF ON HIS REPUTATION, BUT I REPORTED HIM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS IN ROCKLAND COUNTY AND I INTEND TO REPORT HIM TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS IN THE BRONX AS WELL. I SUGGEST ANYONE THINKING ABOUT HIRING THIS MAN TO DO YOUR ROOF SHOULD CONSIDER THAT HE WILL NOT HOLD UP TO HIS WARRANTY. IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS I WILL HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO FIX IT AND SEND HIM THE BILL. iF THAT DOESN'T HELP, MY NEXT STEP WILL BE TO TAKE HIM TO COURT, AND SHOW HIM HE IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW..

My original report was about Budget Roofing, owned and operated by Willie Wilkens. He installed two roofs for me. One on my house and one on my business. We have several leaks on my business roof. After calling numerous times and not getting a response, we put his name on the computer. After numerous attempts to reach Mr. Wilkens we started a law suit against him since we cannot get him back to repair his work, which has a 10 year warranty. Since he is not holding up to his warranty, we want him to pay us so that we can have the roof repaired. We have a lawsuit against him. Since we started the law suit, he has changed the name of his business to On Time Roofing. I guess he thinks that he can get away without upholding to his warranty if he has a new name. That is not so Willie. We will get you to cover this roof.

When I updated my report on bUDGET rOOFING i MENTIONED THAT HE CHANGED THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY To On Time Constructioin. I made an error, the correct name that he changed to is On Time Roofing. I suppose that Mr. Wilkimore Williams, the owner of bUDGET roofing thought that if you change the name of y0ur company you don't have to honor your warranty. We paid $25,000.for a roof with a 10year warrNTY. wE CANNOT GET mR wILLIAMS TO COME AND HONOR HIS WARRANTY. wE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT mR. wILLIAMS. yOU ALSO TOOK $21000. FROM US TO DO THE ROOF ON MY HOUSE, AND YOU WILL NOT HONOR THAT WARRANTY EITHER. cHANGING YOUR NAME WILL NOT HELP YOU. sEE YOU IN COURT.

Some important information has arisen about Budget Roofing. It has come to my attention that since I reported this company, regarding the upholding of their warranty, the owner Mr. Willie Williams has changed the name of his company. He has changed Budget Roofing to "On time construction.." I believe he has changed the name so that no legal action can be taken against Budget Roofing,. but he is wrong. I will be seing you soon Mr. Williams. Changing the name of your company will not save you!
