We hired Wil Allen after finding him in the classified ads. He said he was a licensed contractor and could be me a studio for a good price.
He barely did any work, pressured me for $13000.00 and I gave it to him. He took all our money and didn't even pay for the concrete leaving us with an additional $2000.00 in debt.
When his contract expired we asked him for our money back and any reciepts for materials. He gave us nothing. He made a veiled threat on our family and three days later I am woke up in the middle of the night by firemen telling me my building was on fire.
This man claims he is a christian and comes out to the job site and prays and says he goes to africa on mission trips. He claims he taught sunday school and has built large projects in this area.
He has done none of this. I have checked with everyone I can think of and they have all called him a liar.
He will come out to your home and tell you there is something terribly wrong with your property but not to worry he will take care of it. He does this to buy time.
I have found at least 2 other people this man has made the same claims to and have not followed through. I know he got $32,000 from one of them.
He cannot be trusted.
