Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Placed an internet order on 2 Feb 2013.  WildBirdMart immediately charged my credit card and sent an email order confirmation. WildBirdMart.com has only one means of communication which is via their email address:custserv@wildbirdmart.com. When emailing them for a status, this is what I received:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: custserv@wildbirdmart.com

Technical details of permanent failure: 
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain wildbirdmart.com by mx1.biz.mail.yahoo.com. [74.6.140.31].

The error that the other server returned was: 550 relaying denied for <custserv@wildbirdmart.com>

I will follow-up with law enforcement to get this website taken down permanently!

WildBirdMart.com did ship out the products without notifying me.

I did finally receive the products.  I recommend they find a way for consumers to contact them in the future.
