Wildblue satellite exceede faulty equipt@ poor support Internet

 they had to bring 3 modems and two treeups before they got good one . and every time i had to call them , it takes about 10 minutes to get thru the animated operator nonsence . then when ya get thru it . then you got another  approx 30 minutes to wait before some one answers your call . then most of time they say our computers are down call back .they advertise  free service from 12 midnight til 5am , but how  can ya get free service  when stupid satelite goes down about every night at 2am . their excuse is  we are upgrading gateway . and  they told me since your having so much trouble we are going to allow you $25 off your next bill , well that $25 off i never have seen yet.and every service person they send out he is always in such a hurry to get to next job they never take the time to check every thing . it is hit and miss situation.
