Wildflowers and Bugs LLC George Kise Frudulent vendor at craft shows, pet shows, outdoor shows in several states buyer beware Syracuse, New York

    We purchased two items from George of Wildflowers and Bugs at a Pet Show in Edison, NJ  for $200.00 in Jan. 2011. Since that time we have heard from him twice the first time acknowledging that he received the photo's that were to be engraved and again in April 20th that he was still working on them. I have emailed him to no avail as the plaque and pet cremation box we ordered were to take eight weeks. It has been sixteen weeks with out return phone calls or emails sent to this company.
    Since reading how this man and his company have defrauded people all along the northern eastern corridor of the U.S. I have requested a refund of the money that was given to him while we attended the Pet Show in Jan. without success of any kind  He represents himself as a professional and is very personable, the products sell themselves in quality and design and that is the way he is able to get away with the deception. He tells you his wife does all the art work and he the handcrafted woodworking. It is almost a perfect scam being a vendor at a pet show and gaining people's trust because you don't have the opportunity to check the merchant out because of the time frame and impulse of being at a limited time event.
    The only help we can hope to get is from the State Attorney's Office and the US Postal Service as he is using the them to commit his crimes. I will also write to those companies that stage art and craft shows, outdoor hobbyist and Pet related events to beware as they will be holding themselves libel because they are not Buyer Beware events, they should vet vendors involved when booking them to be selling goods and services to the public at hand.
