I wanted some wildcoins since I had already purchased a game from hp wildtangent games and then I purchased a package from sandlot games which wildtangent console tried to uninstall when I uninstalled wildtangent console out of anger over the free coin issue.

I found a site called and completed the Discover card offer and got 125 free wild coins. They were deposited into my wildcoin account. Everytime I would try to launch a game using the free wild coins, wildtangent games would lot allow the games to launch. Instead they would deduct the coins and make you try again until so many coins are deducted your free coins are nearly gone.

I contacted wildtangent about this twice. The first time I only got an auto reply nothing more. I contacted them again this time I used the word "d**n" because by now I am really upset they are taking my coins and not letting me play the games. Below is the email and the details from them. They will not help anyone who uses foul language yet it is ok for them to arbitrarily cipher off coins from an account.

The information they gave me was useless. There is nothing wrong with my computer.They installed a code on my computer when the free coins were applied to my account making the games react by not launching. I am glad I didn't buy any coins from them they would have probably done the same thing and tried to put me through some fake computer diagnositics.

You are using all my local coins. Everytime I click on a game it says you have no online coins use local coins and then it promotes and error subtracts the coins and doesnt let me play any games. You are ripping me off. Please correct this error hack you have implemented on my computer and put my d**n coins back that you stole.

You were being disrespectful hacking my games and making coins disappear without allowing game play. How dare you say I was being disrespectful to you. There is something wrong with a company that will stoop to such underhanded practice. I am getting rid of all wild tangent on my computers and also advising my friends and business partners to do the same. Be sure I will file a complaint against your company online.

I cannot understand how nothing on my computer was affected whatsoever until those free wildcoins were deposited in my account and any computer I tried to use them on was also affected. I have two xp computers and two Vista Ultimate computers and all generated the same problem of not loading the game and deducting wildcoins from my account. I attached the information on the DxDiag file on one Vista machine they wanted me to attach now I am waiting to see if I get any information on that. I wish whoever else has had the same problem would come forward and report this as I cannot possibly be the only one to have this experience.
