Ok let me give you a little background about my relationship to this company. I am a former (not disgruntal) employee of this company which i believe is being controlled by greed and the false reality of capitalism. The head honchos here are not playing by the rules and haven't for the duration of this companies existance. I have been around throughout 3 name changes, price changes, and numerous management shifts. (know who I am now!)

I want the people out there to know exactly how much money this company really make..

as im sure you (consumer) know by now, there is no real tangable product that you buy when giving you money so all your hard earned money is just taken away all you get is a booklet, if that.. you get about 5k of web space on a huge server which doesn't do anything for you! yes the concept is great, yes it does work, but there are so many non qualified people that are involved who have been not only sold a dream, but thought because they believed in this soo much they would actually make it in the modeling industry.

WRONG! the funny thing about it, is that management know it, and i quote "people don't buy what they need, they buy what they want...make them want this" it is all based on the almight dollar. this company even made its employees take a 25% pay cut for 6 weeks. while nobody recieved their promised pay increase after said period of time, made it clear they not only cheat their patron, but workers too.

so think about it last year this time after lou pearlman took over they raised the price to $595 the sales staff was expected to get 100 sales per shift. with 2 shifts per day. 200 sales everyday at $595 a pop equals $119,000/day. are you kidding me! that is great revenue. and this is all from new talent. 6 days of work per week equals revenue of about $714,000/week so if you do the math that is about 34 million a year. that is only from the enrollment fee..

no lets say of the 200 people that enroll per day paid the 19.95 monthly fee that brings in another 17+ million dollars, for a total of 51+ million dollars a year, and that is only counting new talent money. now of course this is all on a give or take basis but why is the company making microsoft dollars when they arent even selling anything tangable. now i didnt factor in special events money, i didnt factor in "old" talent. this is big money.. and a very well thought out scam!

they covered bases, they have a great game plan, but all good things must come to an end, it was good while it lasted, but big wigs its time to step down.. sorry.. something also should be done to get these misled people back some of their hard earned money. i dont blame the people who were just the foot soldiers and just trying to make a check, but those greedy little devils that sit in nice corner offices who forced us to "close" "make it happen" enticed us with things like credit card bonuses so the company would have the money immediatly.

and also forced us to badger people when they said they didnt have $1000 to give us only 2 days after they knew they had to pay. but like they say in the meetings.. "these people have theirselves to blame.. they wanted this to be real, we didnt convince them to want to be models."
