A fake subpoena was sent to Google in order to get a residents email contents. The email showed complaints to the FBI about residents black females Lorraine Prenters of Village Place apartments 32 17th Street apt 320 and Regina White of 212 in San Diego 92101 coming to deceased residents unit Samuel Hollman in 322 with bags of crack. He was tired of these drug users and pushers harassing him. After the email was gotten on false pretenses, Samuel Hollman of Seattle, Washington and Veteran was found dead in the dessert. Lorraine Prenters was arrested on Village Place property by undercover police and she was not evicted by property manager Erica Jardine or director of housing Gervon Flannagan.

Willie Meadows place in this is he admitted he had the resident set up to be evicted for exposing his false restraining order tactics. He misused the court room to control and intimidate a resident when they alledgedly said they wished he would be evicted and sent back to prison.
