BUYERS BEWARE!! DONT BUY FROM WILLIES APPLIANCES

I bought a washer and dryer from this used appliance store. I have bought all of my appliances used from other places or off craigslist and never had any problems. Well was I surprised, I purchased from this store because they where cheaper then other places I visited. The sale went great even though NO ONE even acknowledged I was there. But I still bought the appliances. The dryer came and the washer came. When we went to plug in the dryer it did not work, when I called they said to make sure we hooked it up right and we did. They refused to think there dryer was not working. They Said the dryer was checked before I bought it but the lint was inside the filter as if someone used the machine and never cleaned it. EWWW I was told someone would come see it or I can bring it back for replacement. Why should I be inconvienced because there machine didnt work. After waiting a week no one came so Ibrought the unit back to them and they gave me a diffrent unit. This unit was ok so you think all is ok. NOOOO

Not even one week after the dryer being solved my washer stops working. Now I'm furious the women who answers the phone is giving me an attitude,I speak to Willie who is surrpose to be the owner!! I couldnt believe his response to me he tells me he knows personally that my washer was in working order and it must be something I'm doing wrong. I understand the unit is used but it should work longer then 2 weeks. I didnt even go back my friend gave me her washer because she was moving.

VERY UNHAPPY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
