Wilshire was my mortgager in1996-wwc filed a bankrupsty in 99 and merrill lynch purchased them, all loans were in those toxic trust of salomon brothers lehman brothes, goldmen sachs etc. After the purchase of wwc to merrill the owner of Wilshire was prosecuted for a ponzi-sheme and went to fed jail and paid pentalties, Jay memmott left to run the co. Since all these events it looks like wilshire has spent a long time to try to reduce their debt in different ways or to make themselves and merrill lynch on paper better,which has not been the case. After the purchase of merrill and the loans of wilshire to Bank of America I have made numerous discoveries, of fraud misrepresentation, and fabricated doc of a federal entity HUd. I have presented it inprotocol to gov agenies and have been recomend to continue in the courts civil and criminal. I have made a report with the FBI and suggest you all do the same, along with the justice dept,occ etc. so when you do go to court the court may see protocol and no one stopping the long term manipulation and forensic theiveing, that has been going on for at least 15 years undiscovered until the fall of wall street and the investors like Merrill, which is the bases of all. Along with ignorance of agenies in denile of this form of manipulation and stealing of the american dream and the down fall of our regulations and banking industry. It is apparent that all have been operating in areas not noticed or pursude by the everyday layman, for it takes alot of paperwork which has been kept for 22 years to show this story and investagation on paper not ditgel. My advise is to pull your files and present to the gov then to a forensic account as i'm in hope of doing if funds become avaiable or i will have to do on my own for i take care of a very sick husband. What makes this fight even more personal is that this house was my mother s before me and she died and i came back to help my family 22 years ago and more recently my husband also almost pasted as well, so needless to say i;m here to stay. For the record i'm neither in bankrupsty, nor in foreclosure, nor have i ever refinace so my info is pure as can be the facts are excellent, paper is good.
