If your house is in foreclosure status with Wilshire please read this!!!!!!!!!
Wilshire is a Debt collector service is not in a business to modify loans!!! they will direct you to go to a Forbearance agreement and after your terms agreement is over they will raise your monthly payment again, or they will put you in another Forbearance agreement ! basically they use straggling home owners as ATM machine; or foreclose on home owner and get kick back from investor.
their service is to represent predatory lender with a collection service, as much as they know how bad you want to stay in the house as much as your payment will increase; also Wilshire will block you from any government program; simply because they will never commission if they let this service ac cour.it is one thing that you can't effort your home and get foreclose on; and it is another thing that a collection agency pretend that they home owner rescue and they are really their to finance their way to foreclose on your home.

It is your chance to hit back; the company is linked to investor that will give kicks back, even if you meat their forbearance guide line, you will still never get a final modification,basically you will be blacked mail, and since they get all your information while you are in the forbearance ;that will let Wilshire go into your account even after they foreclose on your house under deficiency law, Join our multi million dollar law suit against Wilshire; my email is (((ROR redacted))) you will never pay a penny for this service and our attorney is a very good attorney, please join us a class action case has to be certain number of people.
