To every person that has filed a report on here, there's some truth to what your alleging! yes wilshire does constantly lose peoples documents making it IMPOSSIBLE to really help someone save their home! You've done all you can do, INCLUDING send full reinstatment or payoff figures and your home STILL went to sale......ethical? NO, reality? YES! so just expect your check to be returned and to be offered cash for keys and a period of time to vacate the property. Then you have supervisors up and down the isle yelling "twenty calls in que" they dont frankly give a d**n if the customer is getting what they need as long as the reports say your meeting your statistics, if not they will send you walkin! Oh you poor thing, you just spent 30 minutes on hold to be asked to refax your information to the "emergency" fax machine, and all though there are representatives there that truly want to help you, they cant leave their seats! HELL 60% of the employees are out on CRAZY leave cause they have nervous break downs at their desks something ending in the name of "PAM" is required to cope there on a daily because your constantly havin panic attacks, and it's really sad! One of my ex-coworkers commited suicide a year ago from the stress..... said "I just cant hang" an entire department was fired for falsifying documentation, the place is an ABSOLUTE MAD HOUSE! How a great company like Merrill Lynch could be a part of such chaos is far beyond me! Perhaps that explains why their stock has dropped from $96 a share a year ago to $26 a share now! so many people have wanted to file a class action but just havent been sure how to go about it! I TRULY sympathize with each and every one of you! The place is screwed up from the window to the back door and how they've lasted this long is far beyond me! OH, one last thing Allie.....anybody who's ever worked even NEAR her would know she's not the brightest crayon in the box! the advise one person gave her on her is so true......She shouldnt be sending these rebuttals to consumers there is a specific department who handles that and e-mails continually go out as reminders, enough complaints and she will lose her job! So Allie STOP IT! this is just the opinion of one person that gave the company SEVERAL years of their life BUT there is enough people to back EVERY word said if need be. Jay Memott is an AWESOME guy and I honestly dont think he know half of what's going on. as the saying goes "poop rolls down hill!"
