To every person that has filed a report on here, there's some truth to what your alleging! yes wilshire does constantly lose peoples documents making it IMPOSSIBLE to really help someone save their home! You've done all you can do, INCLUDING send full reinstatment or payoff figures and your home STILL went to sale......ethical? NO, reality? YES! so just expect your check to be returned and to be offered cash for keys and a period of time to vacate the property. Then you have supervisors up and down the isle yelling "twenty calls in que" they dont frankly give a d**n if the customer is getting what they need as long as the reports say your meeting your statistics, if not they will send you walkin! Oh you poor thing, you just spent 30 minutes on hold to be asked to refax your information to the "emergency" fax machine, and all though there are representatives there that truly want to help you, they cant leave their seats! HELL 60% of the employees are out on CRAZY leave cause they have nervous break downs at their desks something ending in the name of "PAM" is required to cope there on a daily because your constantly havin panic attacks, and it's really sad! One of my ex-coworkers commited suicide a year ago from the stress..... said "I just cant hang" an entire department was fired for falsifying documentation, the place is an ABSOLUTE MAD HOUSE! How a great company like Merrill Lynch could be a part of such chaos is far beyond me! Perhaps that explains why their stock has dropped from $96 a share a year ago to $26 a share now! so many people have wanted to file a class action but just havent been sure how to go about it! I TRULY sympathize with each and every one of you! The place is screwed up from the window to the back door and how they've lasted this long is far beyond me! OH, one last thing Allie.....anybody who's ever worked even NEAR her would know she's not the brightest crayon in the box! the advise one person gave her on her is so true......She shouldnt be sending these rebuttals to consumers there is a specific department who handles that and e-mails continually go out as reminders, enough complaints and she will lose her job! So Allie STOP IT! this is just the opinion of one person that gave the company SEVERAL years of their life BUT there is enough people to back EVERY word said if need be. Jay Memott is an AWESOME guy and I honestly dont think he know half of what's going on. as the saying goes "poop rolls down hill!"

"The Buck Stops Here" with Wilshire and Mr. Memmott

Mr. Jay Memmott may not know what is going on at Wilshire but "The Buck Stops Here". He is the responsible person at there and maybe he better start knowing what is going on because the complaints against Wilshire keep growing. He needs to start being visible and start making some phone calls to some of the people who have extremely legitimate complaints. I am certain that Mr. Memmott makes huge money and benefits but he is responsible for what is going on at Wilshire along with his counterparts. His "nice guy" just don't cut it. He needs to take responsibility and make some changes unless he is in the CEO mode of where he will be retiring with the "big money and perks", like all the others. He is responsible and he needs to step up to the plate and stop being the "silent partner".

ok, for all that didnt read my report, SHAME ON YOU! I feel frustrated every day that I continue to see reports on this site! yes wilshire is GUILTY of not applying your insurance payments to your account! they tell you that you have to wait six weeks to get your funds credited back.... sometimes it happens, some times it doesnt!!!! fact is no matter how many employee's you speak with and how long they can see where you are right and Wilshire is wrong it' s "policy" i've see SO MANY accounts where a customers have done all they can do to stand and they CANT! I've seen the best manangement teams come forward and try to stand for what's right but after they couldnt fix the problem and could no longer stand it, they've moved the HELL on! takin less than what their worth, but being able to let MONEY keep them in the chaos they moved on! yes, you'ved sent in every document that you could PRIOR to your dead line and you STILL lost your home. Truth be told they are so FLIPPED up they know nothing to do but to blame it on the customer, realtor, or broker! They NEVER take responsibility for their own actions as long as they can maintain their 6 figure salary! they dont give a hell about you, and if you havent figured it out by now you NEVER WILL! I have friends that hang on because they need to make a living BUT no one will ever stand up for what is right because as yo, the too have families! I have on to BUT I was willing to stick my neck out on this s**t and stand for what's RIGHT! i'm angry and dont give a d**n who know's for all the Sarah's, duwayne's, tom's . dag's and for the one's who have committed suicide..... you toook a stand for what you believe in and for that I say thanks! now that you've walked away I compell you to make the true difference you know what''s up stand for something!Jay Memmott, i've commended you but you still wont take a stand for ALL of these american people!?!??!?!? things are well for you today, but could it be you, your children or your grandchildren tomorrow? the truth WILL set you free, what will you do? if you lost your job tomorrow, you will still be better than alot of your employee's as wells as mortgagee's...... take a stand cause ONLY what you do for the Lord will last! CHANE THIS s**t NOW, and what you dont know, snoop ti find out!!!!

Wilshire used fraudulent behavior and Collection Agency Tactics to tried to take my home
Did not have my loans setup correctly when my loan was sold to Wilshire.
Creating a Late Payment chain reaction that took months to fix
Forced Flood insurance when I bordered a flood zone but did not live in it.
Because I could not win the argument and they would remove the forced flood insurance I got my own
Then they continued to try to charge me for Forced Flood insurance after I had provided proof I was insured through Farmers
The Forced Flood Insurance ordeal created a late payment when it was less than 48 hours late
Wilshire tried to bill me $800.00 for Forced Flood Insurance after they had received proof that I had my own Flood Insurance. Their website would not take a partial payment, so I had to wait until Monday to pay by Phone. Monday was the 17th and they reported me 30 late to the credit bureau.
Wilshire reported to the Credit Bureau that I was 30 late when in fact I was only 2 days late and would not have been late at all if they had not been charging me for something I did not owe.
Mortgage institutions do not report 30 days late until you are truly 30 late because of the negative impact it has on Credit Scores.
If I had not already been in the process of refinancing my credit score would have become so low that I would not have been able to refinance out of the ARM after 2 years.
This also created a situation where I had to pay a 5 point early payoff penalty
Was reporting to the Credit Bureau that I owed more than I barrowed on both loans
How did I owe more then I barrowed on an Interest only loan if all payments were made
How did I owe more then I barrowed on the secondary loan when I had paid extra with now had me paying into principle and it reflected so on my monthly statements
Once I re-financed out from under them, Payoff Balances were $7000.00 higher than my billing statements + prepayment penalty points
I did not contest the amounts at the time because I needed to get out from under them so I took the losses at the time.
If you have a class action law suit please add me and I'll be happy to supply the proof necessary to show Wilshire is Faulding home owners
