On March 12, 2007, Wilshire Credit Corporatiion sent a revised escrow account analysis showing an increase of $200.00. The taxes and insurance has not been incresead, When Wilshire purchased the loan, they did not reailize that the seller did not pay the previous taxes, they kept the money, so now they are trying recoup their lose. It is not fair to the mortgage holder(ME)
