Wilshire Credit Corporation Buying a Sub-Par mortgage should NOT give Wilshire the right to commit blatant FRAUD and Deception! ripoff Portland Oregon

Wilshire Credit Corporation needs to be stopped from committing BLATANT fraud and deception!

They applied my payments to an "arrearage" account, NOTHING to the principal and interest. So each month the "arrearage" increased by the amount they did not apply to the principal and interest.

I could have paid for eternity, and NEVER pay one cent towards my mortgage, the way they "applied" my payments.

Do those of us who have "sub-par" credit deserve to be blatantly abused by this predatory "Loan Servicer"?

Is Wilshire not subject to ANY laws? Obviously NOT!

Is Wilshire given the "green light" to do this because they prey upon the downtrodden, disadvantaged, and the disabled?

WHY has our Government and our politicians allowed Wilshire Credit Corporation to perpetuate this abuse?

How much have the politicians received from Wilshire? And from Wilshire's "parent company"?

A really good, decent Class-Action Lawyer needs to bring a lawsuit against Wilshire Credit Corporation, so that the facts and REAL truth is revealed about their deceptive "business" practices.

Is Wilshire permitted to do as they please because they are a "debt collector"?

My advice to anyone unfortunate enough to have had Wilshire "buy" their mortgage, is to file a Chapter 13 reorganization, and submit your documents to the Judge.

Write to Wilshire, or better yet, go to a public library and FAX a request for a COMPLETE accounting of each payment, and a detailed breakdown of how your payment was applied, and a listing of ALL charges and fees they have applied.

Wilshire, from my experience, is and has been, the MOST unscrupulous company there is!
