Wilshire Credit Corporation Wilshire Mortgage BAD Portland Oregon

My aunt has a mortgage with Wilshire Credit Corporation. She has had it for the past 17 years. In the past she has had some financial difficulty and always found away to pay the people. This time she had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and has been getting treatments in Texas. She needs help with her mortgage to get caught up on her payments. She is fixing to be evicted from her house with no where to go.

With all the economic problems we are having I dont understand why these people wont help at all. I have read multiple and I mean alot of complaints on this one company. You would think by this time someone would get that this company is horrible.

They have added high price insurance to the loan and when a tornado hit her house they took 7 months to get it repaired. There was a whole in the roof! They kept having to go back and forth between the mortgage company and insurance company before they would do anything about it. It was ridiculous.

And dont people write and give the same thing, that she should be up on her mortgage and she is the one that feel behind. I understand that but everyone goes through difficult times and she is having a big one. If they would just work with her or even call her back when they say they will it would be better. They wont return her calls, they say she has someone working on her problem but she cant talk to them. The person answering the phone says they know who it is but dont know the extention. What? That makes not since. They are working for the same company but cant get in touch with another employee. That is crazy!!! She keeps getting the run around. And all she wants is a little help and not to lose the home she has been paying on for 17 years. And now that she has cancer and cant work she cant get help.

It sure seems that all these complaints and the company is still not wanting to help people. I dont understand! Its sad.n

And I am scared to give my real name afraid these people will come after her.
