Wind River Brokers Run don't walk from this company! Camas Washington

So I got a loan from them three years ago. I know its been awhile but I am still trying to clean up the mess these people created for me! I walked in with pefect credit a well paying job, a reasonable budget, and no debt. I asked to have my loan rate locked in, no prepayment penelty, 30 year (no arm). they assured me that they had locked in the rate and that all of the paperwork was ready for closing. Everything was great until it was time to close. They prolonged my closing by 3 weeks which left me homeless and living in a friends one bedroom apt with my brother, daughter, cat, two dogs, and gecko! During this time they would not return my calls and if they did it was to assure me we would be closing the next day. They were rude to my realtor, unprofessional, deceptive and very good at pulling a bait and switch. Finally we had a closing appt. at 3pm. They called me at 10 am to tell me that my payment was going to 1700 a month instead of 1200. and that was with an. I told them that I was going to have to pull out and they called me back and said that they could get it to 1200 with an ARM. I was so stressed at this point I did the worst thing ever....I signed. Now my interest is almost 10%. I can't sell because of the market and the prepayment penelty. These people have caused mo 3 years of stress and made what should have been a great experience into a nightmare.
