BACK IN NOV 05 I PLACED AN ORDER WITH IGIA/WIND STORM, FOR THEIR ON AIR ADVERTISEMENT FOR THEIR WINDSTORM VACUUM.

BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. THEIR PROCESSED MY ORDER THE FIRST WEEK ON DEC, TO WHICH I RECEIVED IT RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

IN MY SUPRISE WE RECEIVED 4 VACUMMS AND WERE CHARGED FOR ALL FOR ALONG WITH A FREE STEAMER, INCLUDING THE S/H FOR A TOTAL OF $421.63.

I HAVE SINCE BEEN CALLING THIS COMPANY WITH NO AVAIL. I EITHER GET HUNG UP ON, TOLD MY REFUNDIS IN THYE MAIL, OR GIVEN OTHER NUMBERS IN NY, TN, AND CA TO CALL TO WHICH IT IS THE SAME OUTCOME.

AFTER USING THE PRODUCT FOR A WEEK OR SO I DID NOT LIKE IT, AND HAVE BEEN ALSO TRYING TO GET THE 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE BUT NO LUCK WITH THAT EITHER.

I HAVE PUT A COMPLAINT IN WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREA OF TN, BUT HAVE NOT HEARD BACK.
