Windham Professionals FDCPA violations, threats and scams. salem New Hampshire

Windham professionals is not accreditated with the BBB and they have a terrible repuation with Federal Student Loan Servicing, the Fedloan DRG and with PHEAA (When Pheaa's heard of them)

Let me start with all my PHEAA loans are with the FEDLOAN DRG and I PHEAA nothing. The Fedloan DRG is not interested in garnishing my wages.

I recieved a harassing phone call AT WORK last month. It was "windham professionals" who I'd never heard of  and they clained to be collecting pheaa student loan debt. They said i had to give them a debit card immediately or they'd garnish my wages. I demanded a written bill and proof win writing,a  validation of debt. They refused to give me anything in writing,

phea told me that had no business with Windham. I owe Phea nothing and I should only talk to the DRG of Federal Student Loan servicing.

Starting with my June 10th paycheck Windham is garnishing my wage on behalf of PHEAA, or so they say

Pheaa says it's a scam because Pheaa doen't not work with Windham pheaa does not do garnishmenhts and I should only deal with the DRG.

WIndham REFUSES to give me witten anything, no bill and no validation of debt,

The garnisment has never been filed with the court and no judgement made.

All of this violates FDCPA and I'm not convinced that's not because it is ALL a scam and I'm just being robbed.

If I owe them money WHERE"S THE BILL???
