We had a very bad experience with Window Expo in in Texas please do not use this company if you need new window for your house.

The crew show up late and did not finished the job due too the windows were wrong measurament TOO SMALL !!!! so the job was not done they say will come Monday , Monday rain , Tuesday rain never heard from them we call on Wednesday so finally the guy said tomorrow I come late afternoon thursday we waited and waited no call and no show up either the space around the wondow was huge we had to spray for bugs everyday!!!

so Finally I called them and I told them I have 9 unfinised windows in my house WHAT IS UP? they say are you treating us? we call police? Police for what? I tought!

so today Friday they come to finised the outside I have not yet paid them so the guy went back the office telling all liars that I told him this and that all untrue I never called him red neck I never told him he dosent know how to raise his kids are these poepl crazy or what?

My husband address the problem to the company via email I do not believe they care to read , the sale man call my husband and told him all craps and want us to meet his attonery? my husband told him hey man have you read my email? well do it then I talk to you later this evenign the guy said so you are still complaing ? so you think you will get a discount ha? how rude!!! they are all rude and now I say stupid too from the bottom to the top!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR US! window expo of DFW YOUI SUCK!!!!

I am a current customer of Window Expo of Richardson, I am not or have never been employed by them. I found the company through a google search of Window companies in Richardson and first used their services in May 2008 to completely change all windows in a rental property in Richardson. I found Ron Klock professional, he gave me guidance about what to include and not to include. He offered me upgrades impartially and didn't seem upset if I declined. The windows were installed on time and very quickly. When one of the windows had a crack 6 months later that the tenants felt was a "pressure" crack - Ron covered the window under warranty and replaced it at no charge to me.

I was so impressed I have since used Window Expo to change out windows / glass doors in three additional homes....one located 75 miles from Richardson. Ron offered to drive out to quote, measure and install the windows (three trips) at no charge to me.

Why respond to this post? I recently googled the business to find their phone number so that I could continue to do business with them and I came across the post. I felt compelled to tell a story that clearly shows the other side of the story.

I hope you are enjoying your new high performance replacement windows. These are the windows that were perfectly installed. i visited the jobsite myself. This is the job that I gave you a discount for no other reason other that to try to satisfy you. That is my job. I try my best to provide the best possible product at the best price with excellent service. My customers truly matter to me. I appreciate how hard they work for their money. That is a principle I will never forget, and I try everyday to instill that culture to all my staff. We do over 1000 jobs per year. I will admit you will never satisfy all customers and this customer is one of the few we failed. But for the record, the failure in my opinion was not because of any work done, but rather that the customer, did insult my employee with really mean comments about his child raising and red neck stuff,and we called her on it. There is no place in my world for this kind of thinking and I will defend the people I care about. Can't please em all, but I will continue trying. Ron KLock, President Window Expo D.F.W.
