Do not use this company. They took our deposit and ripped us off. We ordered shutters over 3 months ago, gave Mike Margott a 50% deposit of $2600.00. They promised us a 4 week delivery time. 4 weeks came and went. The excuses started to pile up day after day. They buy the shutters from China and say that they are the factory. This is a false claim! They make up excuses like "the factory made the shutters the wrong color", or "the installer was in an accident and ruined the shutters". These guys are con artists and should be in jail. Google Mike Margott, or Mychael Margott, or Michael Margott. Los Angeles county recorder shows that his real name is Michael Margott. He has a California Drivers License that say "Mychael Margott". I have reported this to the DMV and they are investigating him now. I have also fied a complaint with the DA's office in Ventura County, and they are now conducting an investigation into the practices of these criminals.
I have spoken with a few of his clients and non of them are happy with the service or the way they conduct business.
Please beware and stay away from this cmpany. They will rip you off!!
