John S. Lee is the owner and his cell is 626-549-5282.
He came across as a very honest and straightforward guy. Offered a great deal on windows. Spent alot of time preparing the quote - came back several times to the home. Even had the subcontracted installer come by as well. He is not the installer himself so I am not aware of any licensing requirements for John per se.
He took our deposit of the customary $1000 down for labor and 33% or so of the price of the windows. I should have known better to have investigated the licensing requirements further. He delayed the install twice and now disappeared.
Unfortunately for him, I am a very resourceful gentlemen with the "old school" mentality. I will not stop infiltrating his life, his livelihood and leveraging everything the legal system has to offer.

The vendor, Windows and More, has refunded my deposit. There was no scam involved. Took some time to get a hold of him. But no issues now. Turns out that his supplier is the root cause for this fiasco.
