Windstorm - Powerstowm - Millinex - Igia Stormvac Ripoff no shipment no contact Internet

Please beware and do not order from this company. If you see an infomercial, change the channel. Do not order from the "As Seen On TV" site, from Stormvac.com or any other site promoting a "Windstorm" or "Powerstorm" or Stormvac" just to be safe.

Like the other reporter, on 4/17/06 after seeing the infomercial I ordered the vacuum and was charged $138.25 for "2" vacuums. They say 8-12 weeks for shipping. At 8 weeks, I sent an email and got their standard reply that , see below:

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your choosing Stormvac. A customer care representative will personally respond to your e-mail within the next 24 hours.

We appreciate your patience.

After another week of nothing, I called their 800 number, only to be put on hold for 11 minutes and then someone got on the line and hung up. So I sent another email and got the same reply. So I called AGAIN and you know what, the same thing happened. On hold, then picked up and hung up on.

I have now filed a complaint directly with VISA and will report this company to BBB and the US Mail as I think Internet scams are covered.

The rebuttal of their employees are all scams. Don't buy this item, don't buy from them is my advice. If you already have, don't wait more then 60 days just file a complaint now to get your money back from your bank because if you wait longer then that it's a hassle.
