Wine Insiders Violated agreement Internet

Called Wine Insiders customer service to request a refund on a rancid bottle of wine.  Representative said he would not be able to refund as this was special deal?  I have since had several of their wines from the special deal case and only 3 of 12 were "decent" and "drinkable".  I won't waste my time calling again to get the same story. 

Don't order from these people.  The wines are second rate and not worth the money.  I can buy $3 wines at the grocery store. 

There are better clubs with much better wines.
