Wine.Com Refuse to refund undelivered Wine that was fully paid via credit card Oregon
Ordered 12 bottles of 2012 Joseph Phelps Insignia Cabernet, only 6 were delivered. The other 6 were stopped in transit and returned to shipping location with signature by receiving employee. ( all verified by emails to me) Almost 1 year later no emails returned, no phone calls now being returned. Complete shutdown of communication by this company. 1176.00 total not refunded. I have every email and name live talked to.. filed complaint today with Better Business Bureau, next is hire attorney, seems the I'll have to go through the New York State and possible Oregon. This is past being about money at this point.
