Winity.io VPS hosting Scam Pathetic Support Budget Windows VPS Services Thieves

Winity.io Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting Scam – I was looking for an affordable windows VPS hosting package and I was recommended Winity.io I liked the look of their $12 package but I got a lifetime discount down to $9.60. The initial support was OK and the old saying, you get what you pay for is 100% in this instance.

1)      We've have had several issues with Winity.io Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting, the first one was the reluctance once they provided our login details to send them again after our email server crashed and this took several days in the first month and lost use of the Winity.io Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting.

2)      Then the hosting was offline/ unable to access the hosting, this was in month 2 for around 4 days.

3)      In month 4, we had a notification that our payment had not gone through and that we had to set up another recurring payment, which we did – guess what they took 2 payments. Getting 1 payment was almost impossible and tool over 2 weeks!

4)      The final straw…Well the reason for using the webhosting is that our office broadband is so slow the software we use will not work, so we took out the Winity.io VPS hosting Pathetic Support Budget Windows VPS Services.

We updated the software and for the past 3 weeks it would not work on the VPS hosting Budget Windows VPS Services, so we spent 3 weeks working with the software vendor who finally gave us an update, which we tried on our office computer and it worked, all be it slowly. We then updated the software on the Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting of Winity.io and it would not work. We used the exact same settings, timings and everything, so we contacted support at Winity.io on Saturday morning 16^th October 2015 to be told that they do not block software, so we explained what the issue was and then we got some other standard, non-committal reply along the lines of we do not block anything (again), no reason as to why it will work on a pc and not on their Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting? After more persistence on our part is was marked as ESCALATED on Saturday. Nothing Sunday and nothing until Monday Evening when we chased them up only to be told that they do not support third party software. No support, just what they DO NOT SUPPORT – totally pathetic.

We then spoke to the software provider and they recommended that we reinstall the OS on the VPS, which we did and then we reinstalled the software. Again same settings - same everything.  Again nothing, it was as if the Winity.io Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting was blocking the software, we even checked the firewall and everything was fine. We went back to the Winity.io support only to receive the email below informing us that they then without notice, terminated the account and blocked us accessing the Budget Windows VPS Services VPS Hosting, even the account we had set up had been terminated.

Todate we have not received a refund, nothing. So as well as losing the data we had stored in the past 4 months, Winity.io have also stolen the payment and are totally scammers.

Online reviews saying they are wonderful are to be ignored, we experienced a major issue and all they did was to ignore our support requests and not provide the 24 x 7 support they claim and then terminated our account without notice costing us a financial loss which will be passed to our legal people for recovery.

Conclusion.

We have encountered the worst service in 23 years of buying hosting services; Winity.io VPS hosting Scam are Pathetic Support Budget Windows VPS Services Thieves.
