Winn Dixie Grocery Stores Price gouging in a BIG way PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida

*Consumer Comment: Really?

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Winn Dixie has always been a higher priced venue to shop. This week I have seen an EXTREME case of price gouging. The have a sale going on with Mrs Smiths pies.2 weeks ago I priced said pies to do my budget for the holidays. The pies at this time were$6.49.The sale flyer read Buy one Get one free. That would have been a blessing.Much to my horror. When I got to the store they had raised their price from $6.49 to $9.89! This is a disgrace! That is price gouging and I am so sick of it happening. It should be Illegal.Someone needs to stop it.Hopefully this will help it along!

Do you really actually think it should be illegal for a store to raise prices? They can charge whatever they like and you are free to pay it or leave.
