I was called at 10:29AM August 5, 2011 by the number of 876-471-6120, registered on the caller ID as JM Kingston. The man on the line, who had a strong accent, told me I had won over one million dollars. He asked if I had heard of FedEx, which I said I did, and then told me that they would be delivering my prize tomorrow (a Saturday) at 3pm. He then told me I would have to pay $150 for the delivery. I told him I would not pay anything until the prize was delivered. Then he told me he needed to speak to his manager. The manager, John Cooper, came on the phone and repeated the same story to me. I told him again that I would not pay anything until the money arrived. He then told me an address I had over five years ago and asked if that was my correct address. I told him no. I then asked him where he had gotten his information. He replied that he did not have time to play games with me. I again said, "I don't think this is an unreasonable question," and he hung up on me.

Amazingly enough, he had the gall to call back at 2:22PM and again try to get me to pay. This time he told me I had to pay using some type of money card I'd never heard of before in the amount of $200 and that UPS would be making the delivery. I then asked him for his company name, which he said was Winners International Payout Service. I also asked for his website ( and his name (John Cooper). I told him I'd look into his company first and call back if I was interested. My Google search for the company name yielded only negative reports of people paying $3000 to win their money and that it was a scam. If he calls back again, I will be happy to tell him what I discovered and to take me off his list.
