Wired Plastic Dishonest New slogan for wired plastic- you can put money in but you cant get your money back. Salt Lake City Utah

I have done over $15000.00 worth of bussines with this company in one year. Having said that i hope that some one reads this and understands my fustration. I had opened this account in hope to repair my credit only to find out that it was a lie. I could for give a little indiscresion. Plus when i contacted them in regard to this they stated that i was not a member of the ultra vx card. It has a seperate enrolment fee. The fee is $39.99. plus it's credit is determined by the amount that you put on the card. I was not about to play with that, so I just stayed with the regular card.

I did not pay close attention to the fine print on the fees there were fees for everything. if you use the card to get money from the atm the atm would charge you a fee any where from $1.95 to $3.95. then the card would charge you a fee of $1.95. on top of the $5.99 monthly fee.any time that you use your pin # it would charge you $.95.

In one month I had managed to give this card over $30.
Plus they say that they have lot of locations for you to add money to your account bull. it cost you anywhere from $2.95 to $15.95 depending on the method that you use but it is free to direct deposit your pay check to the card.This is what i had done.

BIG MISTAKE!!!

I had finaly decided after 11 months of paying this company over $20 in fees per month to open a real account. I withdrew the needed funds to do this.

Then on my way back to my office i realized that my wallet was missing. I imeadiatly retracked my steps and could not locate it anywhere. So i had to call and cancel my card.

There was a a cheerful person on the other end that helped me to cancel and issued me a new one. When it came time to decide about the the shiping method i asked how long it would would take and if I could pay to have it over nighted. They can not express mail my card to me. but I could have a new one in 5 days since this happened on a friday the soonest i could recive my new card would be the fallowing friday. With the cost of $15.00. So now that i just got paid and would be broke for a week i was ok.

Friday came and went and by this time I had barrowed $ from family and friends. And maxed out my emergency credit card. And i still had not recived my replacement card.

I called and was informed that the card had been sent but until i recived it there was nothing that could be done. I inquried about a wire transfer and was told by a supervisor who's name was Wayne that all i would have to do is go to my bank and have them initiate it.
Then come to find out that my could not initiate the transaction it would have to be initiated by the Cintinial bank which is in salt lake city. And when we called the bank we were told that it dose not house my account that it just filter the money into my account and that they could not release the funds. I would have to wait and use my replcement card at the atm.

Not to mention every time I called in referance to my replacement card they charge me $.95. And to top it all off the new account that was opened on the day i lost my wallet the ATM and Checks showed up a Whole week before my replacement card which I went with out for nearly 3 weeks.

My advice to any one who has thought of using this company is just this you learn by your mistakes and the finacial lending institution that you bank and trust.
