Wirefly And T-mobile Rebate Ripoff, waiting almost a year, still no return Internet

Wirefly offered a $200 rebate in October of 2005 for RZR V3 telephones for T-Mobile. We pruchased, and never got the rebate forms. After much run around, we finally got the forms. We waited the 2 months required before submitting the rebate and still nothing. After calling the company they stated they had not received the forms. They were resubmitted and the status was listed as "forms received...processing".

We originally submitted in January and the status was confirmed at the end of February. We were originally told that the rebate would take 6-10 weeks. After waiting the 10weeks, we called the company about the rebate as the status still said "Procesing" and were told 12-16weeks. After the 16 weeks, we called the company and were told that the account had been audited and would be another 8-10 weeks.

We were at that time given a date to expect the check as July 21, 2006, and it was confirmed on the status listed on the internet. It has now been 2 weeks since that conversation and the status listed on the internet is back to saying "processing".

It has been almost a year and we still have no resolution. We purchased 2 phones and are now out $400. Beware of WIRELY...and T-Mobile, they have signed off of this and are assuming no responibility at all.

Yet another situation of mistaken identity. T-Mobile has done nothing wrong. You purchased a phone through WIREFLY. Yes T-Mobile provides the wireless phone service, but you did not buy the phone from them. You went with Wirefly becuase I am sure that they offered you a better deal. You got a better deal with Wirefly, so blame them. Not T-Mobile.
