I purchased from EBay a Motorola Razr, which this company advertised as new, which arrived significantly not as described.  Here is the auction listing from which I purchased the phone:

The phone looked like a fake- a counterfeit - which had been taken apart and put back together by someone trying to pass it off.  Their auctions all say 60 day unlimited 100% money back guarantee, so I contacted seller to return it for a refund, and was told we would need to cancel the transaction, which I did, and receive an RMA number, which I did.  We canceled the transaction, I returned the phone following their directions to the letter. I have a delivery confirmation number verifying the phone was received, and individuals at their RMA department agree it was received, and that my refund was to be issued. I was told 4 days after they receIved the phone that they only issue refunds on Fridays, and that mine was scheduled to be issued that Friday (the following day). Friday came and went- no refund. Saturday, no refund. I emailed the company and was told to call the office on Monday. Monday I called the office, and they had some lame excuse that PayPal kicked my refund back to them??? and that it would be re-issued that day. Monday came and went- no refund. Tuesday morning I called them again, and was then told that the 'refund guy' hadn't come into the office on Monday, so it would be issued that day (Tuesday). Tuesday came and went - no refund. Tuesday afternoon I phoned them back again. The secretary first told me the refund department was closed for the day (at 1:30pm their time) and then later said the refund would be issued by the end of the day. STILL NO REFUND. The refund has NOT been issued, and they now avoid all communication. They have my money and the lousy phone they sold me, and refuse to refund my money. All I'm getting is a whole lot of run around and B.S. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM
THESE PEOPLE!  THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM RIPPING
PEOPLE OFF, AND ESPECIALLY AT CHRISTMAS TIME THEY
SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! I HAVE RETURNED
THE PHONE AS I WAS TOLD TO, WAITED AND CALLED THE
OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THREE TIMES THAT MY
REFUND WAS BEING PROCESSED AND WOULD BE THERE
WITHIN 24 HOURS, AND YET NOW, MORE THAN A WEEK
AFTER THE PHONE HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THEIR COMPANY,
THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

In ten years of shopping online, I have NEVER had a company treat me this way or handle things so unprofessionally. All I want is my money back, and to warn everyone about this company!
