Purchased a hard drive camcorder on line at this well advertised electronics company.

They sent an email to confirm the order 3 days later. (I had asked for 2nd day delivery!)

When I called they tried to force sell me a battery. When I refused they then tried to force sell a charger for the Camcorder. I replied that SONY would never ship a camcorder without a battery or Charger!

The gentlemen replied this is an "OVERSEAS" package and does not contain these items. I do not think this is SONY's policy anywhere in the world. I think these people are SCAM artists and Ripoffs experts!

I canceled my order with them. and They would not generate a refund receipt or confirm via email- Not sure what will Happen BUT BEWARE of this online merchant!
