WISH Damaged product received. Seller unwilling to refund or take return back Shenzhen, China. Internet
I purchased a set of headphones on MNarch 20th. When the headphones arrived I noticed the box was a little beat up and the headphones had multiple scratches on them. I contacted them and after 2 weeks of back and forth conversation they offered to send me a "gift" when I clearly told them I was my money back.
I asked for a return label and ionstead they sent me an address to send the package to making me responsible for the shipping. This is absurd, not only have they taken over 2 weeks to try to resolve this matter, they want me to pay for their damaged product.
