Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I clicked on a site on facebook for a $4.95 trial for a face cream. It said nothing about recurring charges. I was sent eye serum from another company for almost $100 and this face cream was over $100. I have no way to contact them to cancel or complain. My bank statement does not show the full phone number and this was not the name of the product i ordered or received.

Wizat Face Cream n F 19 Eye Serum

I ordered trial size face cream and eye serum from a link on FB on 7/22/17. I agreed to and was charged $4.95 for the face cream and $4.97 for the eye serum. No where did I see that there would be additional shipments or charges if I did not cancel my trial. On August 6th I was charged an additional $94.77 for the face cream and an additional $93.80 for the eye serum.

I called the Wizat company and they insisted I overlooked the terms. They were willing to cancel both items and issue a refund of 65%. I declined the refund and told the supervisor that I was going to call my credit card company and let them handle the issue. The are one in the same as far as service goes.
I have found a review at the Better Business Bureau for the LFA Eye Serum and a review at Rip Off Report for both items.
