I purchased a phase converter control for a 50 hp phase converter and it malfunctioned causing all of the start capacitors to explode. I called the manufacturer WNY Supply and went through on the phone with them diagnostics to find the cause of this. It was determined that they shipped the unit with the wrong settings and said they would ship me more capacitors but never did and will not return my phone calls.

Received a phone call from one of our customer;s that someone had place a claim on ripoffreport.com. After reading the claim, I can not find any orders of a 50hp panel that has gone bad within the past year, plus I can not find any orders that were shipped to Lyons GA. Either the buyer is mistaken that the panel he has was from WNY, or this is a false claim by another phase converter manufacture to make WNY look bad
