Wolfe Construction - Bryan & Melissa Wolfe Overcharged, priced gouged for work need because my home was hit by a tornado Corpus Christi Texas

My home was hit pretty hard by a tornado on March 6th. I hired B. Wolfe to repair my roof and requested ectimates to have other things repaired - some covered by ins, others not covered. I requested thet he keep the 2 separate. Mr. Wolfe told me that he has been in business in Corpus for over 35 years, so I find it difficult to believe that the wrong adiition of costs, inflated nos. super inflated extimates were a "mistake."
He assured me (and everyone eles in the neighborhood that he would accept the amt for roofs that the ins co paid).

He billed me TWICE for additions that I paid for that was not covered by ins. So far he has REFUSED to refund that money. He had ignored my written and phone requests for the dif in the double payment and the difference between what I paid and what the ins paid. He gave me estimates of $650.00 to powerwahh this house - normal $125.00 - $360.00 for 4 $12.00 4x4's - inflated the no. of windows form 18 to 22, the no of vents from 1 to 3 - etc, etc!

I have receipts, written estimates and all papers regarding these nos. The roof is crooked, the flashing is for "crap", he installed rubber jacks that are going to berak and leak in a few years. They need to be replaced with lead.

I find it interesting that the only 2 people in the neighborhood who used Mr. Wolfe were myself, a single woman, and an 80 year old couple across the street, one of whom is in a wheel chair suffering from Parkinson's.
Mr. Wolfe also bragged about how many roofs he did after Hurricane Katrina in MISS, ALA, LA, ans FLA. Ripped off the Fed Govt, FEMA???

He also put items on the ins estimate that were to be paid for by me and put items on my list that was to be paid by the ins co.
