Timothy admits to the speeding ticket . Timothy admits he was not repramanded for the speeding ticket . Timothy was not fired for threating a fellow employee. Seems to me Phillip Wolfe has been more than fair to poor Timothy . And why hasn't Timothy mentiond asking for his job back " maybe that part slipped Timothy's mind " He seems to have that problem . The citation received on 3/14/2008 by the Kentucky State Police on 3/14/08 was dismissed in Graves County District Court on 4/17/2008. As one can see we are innocent until proven guilty. I informed Mr. Phillip Wolfe of the citation I recieved as all good employee's do, but did not have to unless convicted. Mr. Phillip Wolfe was kept abreast of all events, etc. In his situation I, too, would deny, deny, deny.

On 4/08/08 I was dispatched to Bluegrass/Marquette, 150 Ballard Cir., Paducah, KY. PH: 270-443-9404 for a run under voucher ID: 80515. This run included 11 passengers and their luggage. In route to Convent, LA., from Paducah, KY. My passengers experinced discomfort due to heat and two of these passengers had asthma. The only repair I could make with regard to the A/C was to check and fill the A/C system with REFRIGERANT WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON THE COMPANY CREDIT CARD ENDING IN 0654 AND PURCHASED AT WALMART SUPER CENTER, 1655 SUNSET DRIVE, GRENDA, MS., PH: (662)229-0114. A/C compressor was bad and my passengers had to endure the heat because Mr. Phillip Wolfe would not repair the unit. Mr. Phillip Wolfe has also held this legitimate purchase out of my check. I do have evidense of all purchases made by me, personal and company and forwarded same to Mr. Phillip Wolfe via US Mail. Due to now three (3) checks having been returned for NSF my bank insisted that I go to Marquette and try to collect from them the amounts owed. The checks in queastion were being returned prior to Mr. Wolfes claims of any personal monies for repairs on Wolfes shuttle vehicles, which were authorised because his credit card was not working, as well as his checks!

Timothy L. Tucker received a Citation from the Commonwealth of Kentucky while in the employeement of Wolfe's Transportaion on the day of 3/14/2008 for speeding With Crew Members in the company vehicle . This is very unprofessional and very unsafe ( endangering our customer life's ).Timothy gave some lame excuse for the reason . One of the rules for conduct is driving in a safe manner. There was no excuse for speeding .Timothy was doing 76 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.
But basically the excuse was the crew member's were not comfortable - Timothy was driving a Suburban .

Timothy later received a Warning for violating Wolfe's Transportation's Code Of Conduct. For arguing and threating a fellow Employee . Both of them did receive a warning. And neither was fired for the incident. This was on 4/10/2008 .

What brought the day that Timothy was fired . Timothy claimed he had spent some of his own money on repairs for the Suburban , well Timothy could never prove any amount of money he spent on the vehicle. I mean No receipts of any kind.

Wolfe has a policy on spending personal money . Never spend personal money without explicit permission thru Phillip - not anybody else. And as I said we had to repair the ac after Timothy said he repaired the ac himself .

This were the problem started and Timothy claimed bad checks etc. Timothy was terminated for the problems incurred from him claiming he spent money . And then Wolfe's Transportation had to get the Police twice to recover the Vehicle. Then Timothy has been calling Companies that we do business with and some have expressed the need to call the police on Timonthy . And timothy should know he was not accomplished anything . We have been fine with out Timothy. He has been helpless in hurting the Business. And right before Wolfe put a add in the paper to replace Timothy , Timothy asked for his job back on 4-22-2008 . So the job was not nearly bad as he claimed . Also remember that when Timothy claimed Wolfe's was a company that was unsafe but it was Timothy with crew member's in the vehicle . Timothy's work ethics seemed to worsen with speeding , threatning fellow employees . claimimng to spend money that he could never prove and then ,calling companies that we do business with and make false claims. And in every case withe companies Wolfe's met each challenge and prevailed against a digruntaled employee with more mouth than brains.
