Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
On 10/5/04 I ordered the smoke away system from onlytvproducts.com which is an affiliated website to wonderfulbuys.com. It tells me all these extras that I will be getting and when you hit the order button, that's when it takes you to wonderfulbuys. It turns out that they send me none of the extras. I call to complain and all they tell me is what their affiliate website does is not their problem. I would need to contact them. They do not have a phone number for onlytvproducts.com so there is noway to contact them. I am in the process of sending the product back for the 30 day money back guarantee, but I don't know if I will get it or not.

Tried to get a concrete response but...

I tried to get a response from Onlytvproducts.com using the LiveChat customer service and i was connected to Wonderfulbuys.com... here is a copy of the transcript with "Rene"....
