I'm not sure what a rebuttall in fact is. this is my report, & all the facts are true. they ripped me off on the hearing aid & additional charges to which I did not order. On my charge statement the amounts don't even match what they said were the charges. My bank is now in the midst of a fraud investigation, which I am sure they will succeed in getting my money back. thank you
