I bought a file conversion software program to convert two MP4 files into WAV files that would then be burned onto a DVD for a training course. I got an email to confirm payment was accepted, but I have no link to click onto to activate and use the software. I will be taking this matter up with my bank tommorow.

Please avoid this company, they are running a scam.
