Woodbridge Structured Funding takes all claims against it very seriously.  We do our very best to make sure all our customers are happy and treated fairly.  This fairness and honesty have earned Woodbridge Structured Funding an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, the most reputable organization when it comes to business reviews and resolution.

Unfortunately with the advent of the internet, unregulated sites like Rip-off Report and Pissed Off Consumer have allowed for competitors to post fake reviews whose sole purpose is to damage the other business.  It has come to our attention that we have been attacked by a negative smear campaign that began in Nov 2012, prior to this date our company had zero negative posts on review sites.  We now have dozens of posts that were all put up the same exact day and around the same exact time, clearly underscoring these are an attack against our brand and not real consumers. 
  
The above post provides false and misleading information in order to damage Woodbridge Structured Fundings reputation. Three of these complaints are complete fabrications and do not exist on the BBB site. The other BBB reviews described above were fully resolved by Woodbridge, and the BBB has recognized this fact and dismissed these complaints. The post has also omitted Woodbridge Structured Fundings response and resolution to each complaint, only displaying partial information.

Woodbridge Structured Funding takes all complaints very seriously and we defend the stellar reputation we have earned over the past 20 years.  Recently, over the course of several months, we have pointed out to several review sites the set of highly unusual circumstances surrounding online attacks against Woodbridge and have requested these posts be removed. This online attack now encompasses close to a dozen review sites, all showing similar fictitious stories but written under different profile names.  Unfortunately, these review sites allow posting before qualifying the authenticity of both the complaints and the persons behind them, and profit from the uphill battle to get these posts removed.   Unlike these review sites, the Better Business Bureau has a real filtering process.
