Woodforest National Bank ach withdrawal duplication Cincinnati Ohio

On May 15, 2009 I had a balance of 152.00 in my checking account, so I used the ATM to withdraw 140.00 leaving a balance of 12.14 in my account. Later in the morning I went on line and tranferred 50.00 from my savings into my checking giving me a balance of 62.14 and made another deposit of 50 into the checking Now having a balance of 112.14 On the morning of May 17, 2009 I went on line to check my account and low and behold I had a negative balance of 213.00 I had not written a check or used my debit card. Doing further research I found that the intitial withdrawal of 140.00 on the 15th and been duplicated making it look like I had withdrawn 280.00 which I had not. I cannot get the bank to discuss this with me. They say the transactions are there. I did not get 280.00 I only withdrew 140.00 They have stolen my money. Help where do I turn?
