From an insider view I want everyone to know that Al Diller is a liar and a thief! This shop will over charge you for everything and make up work that they never did just to charge you more. As someone whom was employed for a short time there I can tell you that they added so many other things to those work orders after the technicians turn them in. So in most cases its not the techs fault but the sales people and mainly Al Diller. Al has a silver tongue and could sell you anything. I couldnt work there any longer after I seen what they were doing to people! As far as the body shop goes Eric Yount is no longer there and definately dont leave anything in your cars because it wont be there when you pick your car back up.
